Shipping info

Where we ship to:
We ship to USA, Canada, Au and NZ, Europe (except Russia and Ukraine).

USA sword and weapon restrictions:
Nunchaku cannot ship to Arizona, New York, Massachusetts. No problem with swords.

International sword and weapon restrictions:
Blowguns: cannot ship to Canada, Norway, Ireland, United Kingdom.

United Kingdom: no curved swords with blade over 50cms (katana, tachi), this means the classic ninja sword with a straight blade will pass your customs.
No concealed weapons, push daggers.

If you are sending a shipping cost enquiry - do not forget to mention product and your location.

International shipping policy

Each country has a different list of prohibited items that will not pass customs. NinjaSword.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF NINJA SWORD OWNERSHIP AND IMPORTATION OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. The customer is responsible for understanding whether or not their purchase will pass customs. Any order that does not reach the customer due to any customs issue will not be refunded.

If an international order contains any item(s) that NinjaSword.com knows to be explicitly prohibited from importation into the destination country, NinjaSword.com reserves the right to remove the item(s) from the order and proceed to ship the remaining items. Additionally, if an international order contains any item(s) that NinjaSword.com feels is questionable/borderline for importation into the destination country, NinjaSword.com reserves the right to remove the item(s) from the order and proceed to ship the remaining items. A refund for any item(s) removed from the order will be credited back to the customer.

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically as "actual shipping" and will be determined at the time the order is prepared, measured, and weighed. International customers will be charged an automatic fee at the time of purchase and any additional shipping charges, above the initial fee, will be added to the credit card once "actual shipping" charges have been determined.

NinjaSword.com is not responsible for any additional VAT (European tax) or other taxation charges imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges, fees, or taxes are the liability of the customer. The contents of the order will be accurately and honestly reported on the customs documentation. Any request by a customer to inaccurately report the contents of an order will be denied by NinjaSword.com and the order will be cancelled immediately.

Return policy

Damaged shipment
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours.

Defective products
If a product is defective or not as advertised, and you wish to return the product, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in the same condition they were received in, and must be in their original packaging.
We will issue a full refund, minus any shipping/handling.
There are no restocking fees on returns of defective merchandise.
